At Zen, you do not need prior experience of yoga or pilates. Whenever a more challenging pose is introduced,
the teacher always give you options to make it simpler if need be. Red color is great for losing weight and
improving fitness level. Yellow is medium (great before you move on to red classes). Blue is simply relaxation
and stretching only.
