We provide the revolutionary Zen Hot Yoga FIR environment for your exercise.
Depending on the energy and concentration you put into your workout you can burn 600 calories or even more per session!

All our classes are performed in FIR heated rooms. We apply different temperature for different classes depending on the style of the class.
In our classes you will not only gain strength and flexibility but also detoxify to stabilise your weight.

Breathing
Our teachers will instruct you when to breath in or out. With the correct breathing you will enhance your strength and flexibility. If you have trouble breathing it means you are putting too much stress on your body. So, please relax a little.
