Your feedback has helped us so much to grow and we are looking forward to making this place a better venue to provide your body a complete cardiovascular workout as well as a place to chill out after a hard day. Thanks to all of your support, in September 2011 we opened our Zen Pilates right next to our current studio and so many clients have told us that the combination of yoga & pilates definitely give them a noticeable difference and a better result. Many clients still do not know that their sessions entitles them to the use of both studio , with yoga more effective in burning calories and pilates for muscle toning and body sculpting.

As we enter 2012, naturally there is new motivation to get better in all aspect of life; this includes our health and fitness. If you are someone that is willing to commit to a new strategy for your New Year's Resolution, that is great. It is never too late. Therefore Zen Hot Yoga & Pilates would like to offer you really great packages that will make it easier for you to commit to a workout routine.

All of your packages will entitle you the use of both out hot yoga studio and our wall Pilates studio . However, since our Pilates studio is still new, we are still offering Pilates only deal (see **). Please remember, all other packages, automatically entitles you to use both studios unless otherwise stated!
