Rather than using dynamic postures and heat, Yin Yoga will nourish and relax you into a state of bliss and comfort whereby the pain, tension and stress will literally clear and dissolve. This is the perfect class to balance your regular hot yoga practice.
*Please bring a mat and a towel. We will provide blocks and bolsters. Advise your instructor should you have a specific injury or condition which you would like to address.
