Introduction to Mindfulness

Join Mary-Ann for a 2 hour Introduction to Mindfulness. This workshop is for you if you unable join Mary-Ann for the 4 week course, but are still curious about Mindfulness.

The teaching is be based on  Jon Kabat-Zinn, Dan Millman and Tamara Williams.

We will briefly work through the simple fundamentals skills and attitudes of what mindfulness is.

You will also have opportunity to connect with others and may opt to develop your skills further in an advanced mindfulness in future courses.

  • $40 non-members
  • $20 members ( DD & Ultimate Unlimited pass holders)
  • Free for 30 day challengers
