Join Cameron on a journey to explore an introduction (or refresher) to the Yoga asana, the history and the philosophy.
This is a 6 hour immersion workshop where you will learn what is Yoga, why do we practice, how to get the most out of our practice, how to listen to cues from a teacher, and the breathing techniques used in class. Then we will have an intensive on breaking down the basic poses used in a vinyasa / power yoga style sequence. This will give you the experience of how the poses feel for your body and from there you will learn to find your way into the poses for your level of fitness and flexibility. You will then feel confident that you can join in and enjoy an open level class with any teacher.
The class will include a sequence handbook / workbook to take away.

A light packed lunch as we will have a shorter lunch break.
